TV stuck in standby mode (orange LED)

Hello,

I have a problem with my METZ TV (55DS9A63A)

Since yesterday it stays in standby mode. I can't turn it on with the remote, neither with the OK button in the back.

I found solutions on the internet, especially about the firmware that I have to put on a USB key, formatted in FAT32.

I didn't find the firmware file on the METZ website though. Do you know where can I find it ? Do you have any other solutions ?

On their website metzblue.com - hidden in the FAQs - I found the info that update files can be requested via email:

You will not find any support on the classic Metz sites for Metz blue devices as they are considered different brands.

Hast du den Fehler gefunden ?? Ich habe das gleiche bei dem gleichen Fernseher. Vor keine 2 Jahre in der Garantie wurde schon Motherboard und Netzteil gewechselt. Jetzt standby und nichts anderes. Wenn du schon die Lösung gefunden hast bitte hier bescheid sagen. Wegen Firmware wird nichts, ich habe von dem die richtige Datei per Mail bekommen da wir den Fernseher nicht angekommen, können wir den Firmware mit Stick nicht installieren.
